RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will typically be the first point of contact with customer enquiries relating to their credit card (both existing and prospective customer).
- The role holder will be required to pro actively seek sales opportunities where possible
- The role holder will strive to provide excellent customer service on all respects
- Customer contact will be either via telephone or written
- Will be expected to deal with a wide range of enquiries – balance inquiries, lost or stolen cards, and credit limit increases etc including complex matters
- Will also be expected to deal with customers in situations where customers have potential to affect commercial interests of the business (i.e. bad debt, credit limits etc. within remit of the Department)
- Will not typically supervise staff, although role holder may be a central point of reference for less experienced staff
- The role holder will be required to adopt a flexible approach in order to support others and undertake other duties as required
